1. Introduction

The App is owned and operated by Insafe financial consulting LLC. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, references to "we", "us", "our" or "App" are to Insafe financial consulting LLC.

2. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "User" means a private individual who has concluded a Public Agreement with the App for using the App with the conditions and rules preliminarily announced and defined by us.
• "App" means mobile apps or other similar devices, channels, or apps operated by or on behalf of Insafe financial consulting LLC.
• "Product" means any third-party product or service that we display on our App.

3. Your acceptance

Access to and use of the App is subject to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. By accessing and using the App you agree to be bound by and to act in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should stop using and/or accessing the App immediately. If you breach any term of these Terms, your right to access and use the App will cease immediately.

4. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The amended Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date they are posted on the Site.

6. Our service

We provide an independent online service which enables you to research and compare financial products or services provided by third parties. Our comparison service has fees that you can see in the App. Our customer services team is available to support with any offline queries.

7. Permitted use

The App is for your personal, non-commercial use only. It may only be accessed and used by a private individual. You must be aged 18 years and over to create an account. This App is intended for use only by customers who are located in the Republic of Armenia.

8. Intellectual property

The trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in the App belong to us or our licensors. You may temporarily print, copy, download or store extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not otherwise breach these Terms and Conditions.

9. Legal

These Terms and Conditions and your access to and use of the App shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Armenia. Each of you and us submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia.

10. Eligibility checker

Our Eligibility Checker tools match your data to the criteria companies are looking for. If you submit your details when using our Eligibility Checker tools, we can pass your information to those providers. For further information, please read our Privacy Policy.
